My main goal is for all of my patients to feel stronger (both physically and mentally) in order to become more resilient individuals. Resiliency is built by overcoming adversity, no matter if that pertains to pain, weakness, lack of mobility, urinary leakage, etc. I would love to help you overcome those obstacles, achieve your goals, and get you back to doing the activities that are important to you! It’s time to start building resilience!

She comes with 11 years of physical therapy experience, where she has specialized in orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and sports medicine. In addition to clinical practice, she works as an adjunct instructor at the University of Findlay in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Courtney has been performing neurologic dry needling since 2016 and finds value in utilizing it in the treatment of various neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions. In addition, she has completed extra training regarding various balance and vestibular disorders including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Meniere’s disease, Post-Concussive Syndrome, migraines, dizziness, and fall risk assessment/prevention.

Courtney’s goal as a PT is to increase awareness of the benefits of physical therapy and our bodies’ incredible ability to heal itself by placing it in the right environment, under the right conditions. The common factor in her treatment approach is to integrate manual therapy with functional movement to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore patients’ ability to do both the things they need to do and the things they want to do.

A native to Putnam County, Courtney currently lives in Glandorf with her husband, Zack, and 3 kids. While committed to her own personal fitness, she recognizes the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle with flexibility. She believes that when you give yourself permission to enjoy and celebrate the healthy choices you are making, incredible things happen. She looks forward to serving the surrounding community at Building Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness.
